 Filter test principle

 * Diffusion flow testing theory: diffusion flow test is when the gas pressure in 80% of the value of the bubble point of the filter, then not yet a large number of gas perforation over, only a small amount of gas is first dissolved into the liquid membrane , and then spread from the liquid phase to the other side of the gas phase, called this part of the gas diffusion flow. 
 ※ Why diffusion flow method is better: the bubble point value is only a qualitative value, from the start bubbling to the last group of blistering is a relatively long process, not an accurate quantitative. Measuring diffusion flow value is a quantitative value, not only can accurately determine the integrity of the filter, but also reflect aspects of the film porosity, flow rate and the effective filtration area, which is why foreign manufacturers are using diffusion flow method tests the integrity of reasons. 
 ※ water intrusion testing theory: water intrusion method dedicated to the hydrophobic filter test, the hydrophobic membrane to resist water, the smaller the aperture, the greater the pressure to squeeze into the water needs in the hydrophobic membrane. Therefore, under certain pressure, measuring the flow of water to squeeze into the membrane to determine the pore size of the filter.
